The Customer is obliged to ensure that only the holders of the ID Cards (ID Card holders) issued in their name and in the name of the Customer, purchase from METRO stores. The Customer will indemnify METRO for all costs or damages resulting from the misuse of the ID Cards by the ID Card holders, by the Customer's proxies or by the persons accompanying them.
