If I lose my card, what should I do?

The ID card is the property of METRO. Its loss or theft shall be immediately notified to METRO in writing at the customer service desk of the METRO store that issued it or using any means made available by METRO. If the Customer fails to notify, he/she shall be held liable for any damages or costs incurred by METRO. Alternatively, Client Login may send an invitation by e-mail to create an online account where the customer, through the ID card holders, has the possibility to install the METRO application and access the individual virtual card.
