If you are already registered as a delivery customer, you can access the M.Shop Romania, here: Learn more. If you still donʼt have a digital account, sign up here: Learn more. Remember to add your existing card to your newly created digital profile. You can also place an order directly in the METRO app. Learn more.
1. Search articles: To create an order, you can find your desired products using the search bar or the category tree.
2. Add to cart: To add the products you want to buy to your shopping cart just click on the icon with the shopping cart symbol which is available next to each product.
3. Confirm order: Once you have added all the products you want to buy, proceed to your shopping cart by clicking on the icon with the shopping cart on the right side and follow the instructions to submit your order.
4. Track your order: Once your order has been confirmed you can continue tracking it by opening the “my orders” section and check the status of each order directly.
